Why this blog?

The Supercluster Blog is about how to build and scale massive GPU clusters for training trillion parameter AI models. Created by a reformed, ex-product manager, this blog caters to smart, tech-savvy people interested in AI supercomputing who may not be experts. I cover technology, products, hardware, software, infrastructure, challenges, best practices, industry news, and stories from the front lines. My aim: develop our systems-level knowledge so we can dive deeper with those in the know. 

Note: I’ve used LLMs to help write this content, using my product management experience to shape the content (especially choosing the right questions), imparting my own voice, and attempting to keep the writing compact, free of b.s., but still interesting.
